A Bíblia Imersão é uma coleção de experiências de leitura das Escrituras organizada segundo a lógica literária e histórica original dos textos bíblicos. Sem a divisão em capítulos e versículos no corpo do texto, em layout de coluna única e com diagramação limpa em estilo narrativo, ela devolve à Palavra a forma com que foi escrita para ser lida e encontrada.
Cada volume reúne os livros de acordo com seus autores, destinatários e contexto histórico, permitindo que narrativas, cartas e textos poéticos sejam lidos de forma contínua e contextualizada.
A curadoria não altera o texto bíblico, apenas recupera sua organização original, ajudando o leitor a perceber conexões, acompanhar argumentos e compreender melhor o desenvolvimento da narrativa das Escrituras.

Capítulos, versículos e títulos editoriais ajudam no estudo bíblico, mas não faziam parte dos textos originais. Na Bíblia Imersão, esses elementos foram retirados do corpo do texto para que a leitura aconteça de forma contínua, com atenção voltada à narrativa das Escrituras.

Os livros do Novo Testamento foram organizados segundo seu contexto histórico, gênero literário e público original. Essa curadoria ajuda o leitor a perceber conexões, acompanhar acontecimentos e compreender melhor o desenvolvimento da narrativa bíblica.

Cada seção traz uma introdução que apresenta informações históricas, literárias e teológicas essenciais para a leitura. Um convite para entrar no texto compreendendo melhor o momento em que ele foi escrito e a quem foi dirigido.

As indicações de capítulos e versículos continuam presentes de forma discreta nos cabeçalhos das páginas. Assim, é possível localizar referências quando necessário, sem interromper o fluxo da leitura.
Para quem lê sozinho
Para quem quer estudar a Bíblia como ela foi pensada originalmente, lendo cada livro dentro do seu contexto, sem interrupção, do começo ao fim. Com plano de leitura de 16 semanas (ou a opção mais intensiva de 8 semanas), a jornada remove as distrações e tem estrutura e ritmo definidos.

Is this the whole Bible (New Testament, etc.)?
Yes, it is simply the text of the Holy Bible, New Living Translation with brief introductions to each book. Nothing has been added or eliminated from the Bible text. The only alterations have been to remove all of the modern additives of chapters, verses, notes, etc.
Why the NLT? Is this available in other translations?
The NLT is regarded by many as the best reading translation available today. Immerse is not available in other translations.
Can I use the Bible I already have?
Using a different Bible would make the experience difficult, since the reading plan uses page numbers to indicate each day’s reading. It will also be difficult to follow the text in discussion groups since people reference passages by page numbers and not chapter or verse.
More importantly, the format matters to the experience. Removing the chapter and verse numbers and restoring the natural breaks and literary formats changes how you read. Presenting the text in a more familiar format, like other books we are accustomed to reading, encourages reading books as whole books, letters as entire letters, and poetry as poetry. It is what the authors originally intended.
